1) How do I request payment?
Your earnings need to be at least $50. You have to be logged in. Please click User Account > Flash Seller > Request Payment, which will allow you to request your earnings.
2) What type of withdrawal payment systems BigStockFlash supported, how i can receive money?
We support most payment systems: PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, SWIFT, WebMoney, e-gold, Moneybookers, and many more. Please contact us for more details.
3) By uploading the source to your site, i maintain rights over that source until someone buys it, and only that person has the source, correct? i am not signing over the rights to the source to your site am i?
You own all rights, BigStockFlash do not own anything - you the owner! All you do at BigStockFlash is just reselling your products. You can sell your file so many times as you want , and can stop selling at any point . You sell file to the customers and they can use it in their websites or in commercial projects. But they can't resell them to anyone, you the owner. In future we planing to do special license where people can buyout your products for large amount of money if you want.
4) If I want to cancel my account and withdraw my upload, is there any way to do it?
Yes, you can cancel your account and withdraw your uploads at any time. To do this, please login to your account, go to the Contact Us section, and send us an email with your request. We'll cancel your account within 24 business hours. If you have more then $50 in your Earnings, your money will be sent to you as well.
5) When I purchase flash files, am I given the source fla files?
Yes, when you purchase file you'll download zip file with all source files in it, you can request support from person who uploaded this file, just make a comment to your purchased files!
6) I would like to edit one of my files that have been approved, how to do it?
If you want to edit your approved file, you have to upload your file with changes to the site, and make comment to moderator what file your changing and why. Your file will be replaced with new version in 24 business hours.
7) I want change text and update one of my uploaded files, how i can do it ?
If you want re upload or change any of your files , please upload them one more time with changes. Please use "Comments for the moderators" box to notify moderatior about your changes.
